A limited time menu featuring winter delicacies.

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

Our restaurant offers a variety of limited-time-only menus that can be enjoyed at the time of the season. We are proud to recommend all of our menu items using winter-seasonal ingredients such as celery and cold yellowtail. We hope you will enjoy them as snacks with your drinks when you visit our restaurant.

This is "Oita's Local Cuisine - Cold Yellowtail Ryukyu". Ryukyu" is a local dish of Oita, and is sashimi of yellowtail marinated in sesame soy sauce. We use our original kneaded sesame seeds for this dish. Please enjoy the meaty cold yellowtail that matches the flavor of sesame perfectly.

 

This is "Celery Pickled in Five Seconds of Rayu". It is a spicy pickle made with celery, a vegetable characterized by its bitterness. The stimulation of celery goes surprisingly well with sake. The lemon flavor and the spiciness of the raayu also give it a unique and peculiar taste.

 

The delicious taste of beef spreads in your mouth.

This is the always delicious "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak. This is a dish where the craftsman's skill shines through, carefully grilling high-quality Wagyu beef so as not to lose its juices and flavor. One bite of this dish will bring a smile to your face as the flavor of the beef bursts in your mouth. Please enjoy it with your favorite seasoning such as "herb salt" or wasabi.
