Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

Rakura is a restaurant that places particular emphasis on "aburi" (grilled dishes). Our chefs are particular about the degree and length of grilling, the distance from the fire, and other details, so you can enjoy the quality of the ingredients, as well as the excellent dishes that go well with sake.
