Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.
Japan has four distinct seasons, and delicious ingredients change with each season.
In addition to our regular menu, we offer seasonal menus so that you can enjoy such seasonal flavors. During the current season, nabe dishes using such ingredients are popular, which are great for the cold season. We are proud of the attention to detail we put into each dish, from the ingredients to the preparation method, so please enjoy these nabe dishes when you come to our restaurant!
This is the "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup with yose). This pot is made with a variety of ingredients, and the flavor of the ingredients soaks through and adds color to the flavor. The Hakodyu soup is light yet rich, and you could eat as much as you like. Enjoy it hot with your favorite sake or shochu.
This is "Seared Duck Seri Nabe". The duck meat is slightly seared, which makes it more aromatic and gives it a deeper flavor. The texture of the crispy Japanese parsley is also irresistible. It is a wonderful time to gather around a hot pot and enjoy the atmosphere with others, isn't it?
We also have a variety of other seasonal menu items. Please enjoy your favorite to your heart's content.
Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
We look forward to serving you all.
