Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

Our restaurant focuses on "seared" dishes. Our restaurant is very popular for its delicious dishes prepared by "Aburi". Our "Aburi" menu includes not only meat, but also a variety of seared seafood dishes. Please enjoy our chef's specialties, which are cooked with the perfect amount of heat and time.

 

Seared squid is very satisfying

This is the "Surume squid seared with sweet and spicy sauce". It is a dish in which squid is slowly seared sweet and spicy, and you can enjoy the firm texture of the slices of squid. The sweet and spicy flavor goes well with sake, and it tastes even better if you squeeze lemon or dip it in mayonnaise.

 

The fatty kama are excellent!

This is "Today's Kama-yaki". The fish used depends on the day's procurement, but we use fish that is in season, so we can guarantee its deliciousness. The fatty parts of the fish, such as the underside of the skin, will surely bring a smile to your face. We recommend that you order this excellent seared dish when you visit our restaurant, as it is sure to make your drinks go down a storm.
