Our signature dish! Yakitori of Oyama Bird

At our restaurant, we offer Oyama chicken yakitori skewers, each carefully seared by our artisans. To allow you to enjoy a variety of parts of the chicken, we offer one skewer each with different tastes and textures, such as skin, negima, thigh, liver, gizzard, and bonjiri.

Daisen Dori, raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen in abundant nature, is an excellent skewer with tender meat and juicy fat. 5-piece and 8-piece platters are available, so we recommend sharing with your friends.

Our restaurant, which is called "authentic seared dining," is proud of its seared dishes, including Oyama chicken. The delicious "hokke (hokke fish) dried overnight" has a deliciously plump flesh, and the more you bite into it, the more the flavor of the sea fills your mouth with a delicious salty taste.
