We have prepared Ryukyu using winter yellowtail with plenty of fat. Ryukyu is a local delicacy of Oita, and is sashimi of yellowtail dipped in sesame soy sauce. Please enjoy the rich and thick Ryukyu, finished with our original kneaded sesame seeds.

We have prepared a delicious hot pot menu for the cold season. The Yose-konabe, a thick, white soup with rich umami from the ingredients, is the perfect size for a quick meal.
A great choice for a healthy option is the Seared Duck Seri Nabe. You can enjoy the umami of the seared duck in a generous amount of seri with roots.
