The Daisen chicken we use is raised with clean air, beautiful natural water, and carefully selected feed at the foot of Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture. They are raised in a spacious, flat-fed environment, so their meat is of high quality, moderately fatty, and extremely juicy.
