Nutritious and full of vegetables! Body warming "White Motsunabe

Motsunabe, which goes perfectly with alcohol, is one of the strongest winter dishes. Motsu is rich in collagen and low in calories! You can also eat vegetables and feel your body warm. It is said to be effective for beauty and is recommended for women as well.

You can enjoy the soup stock to the end by adding additional rice to make zosui (rice porridge), or by throwing in ramen or udon noodles.
