The Daisen chicken we use at our restaurant is raised in a relaxed manner in this great nature. The meat is characterized by its chewy, firm texture and juicy fat that drips from the meat.
Oyama chicken meat, full of flavor and nutrition, is carefully skewered and seared one by one by our artisans. We offer both our standard sauce and salt to enhance the flavor of the ingredients.

There are various parts of the Daisen chicken, each with a different taste and texture. We have prepared a variety of skewer menus so that you can enjoy each of them at their best.
We have "Momo" (thigh) with a plump texture, "Negima" (green onion and meat) with a great combination, "Skin" with a chewy texture, "Liver" packed with nutrients, and "Gizzard," "Hatsu," and "Bonjiri" with their unique textures. We have also prepared a wide variety of dishes such as "garlic mama" and "tsukune with cartilage bones". Of course, an assortment is also available.
