Eggs! Eggs! Eggs! We have dishes using eggs! | RAKUZO Shinjuku East Exit Branch

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

Suddenly, do you know what day tomorrow, October 30, is? Many of you may not know, but it is actually "Tamagokake Gohan Day. This day was established because the 1st Japan Tamagokake Gohan Symposium was held in the past.

We have a menu item that we hope you will enjoy on such a day of tamagokake gohan. The name of the dish is "TKG with Yakitori Tsukune to finish". Today, we would like to introduce this dish as well as several other dishes made with eggs.

How could it not be delicious? Yakitori tsukune tkugi (grilled chicken with tsukune) to finish off the meal."

The item in the photo is our signature closing menu item, "TKG with Yakitori Tsukune to finish".

On top of the bowl of rice is a large Tsukune skewer, plenty of condiments to enhance the deliciousness of the Tsukune skewer, a thick sauce, and a brilliantly bright egg yolk. This combination cannot fail to be delicious! To serve, remove the tsukune from the skewers and mix the sauce, condiments, and egg yolk together. This is a perfect dish for tamago-kake gomago day.

We also have many other dishes using eggs!

Other egg-based dishes are also available.

For example, the "Dashimaki W Tamago with Sweet Sauce" pictured here enhances the flavor of the egg with a rich sweet sauce.

The "Dashi-maki Tamago" (rolled egg with shirasu) is characterized by its relatively light flavor. It is a perfect accompaniment to Japanese alcoholic beverages such as shochu and sake.

We also have "Okonomi-style dashimaki tamago" and "Dashi-scented dashimaki tamago". Please be sure to order a variety of items!

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
