Our signature dish is grilled to a golden brown over a long period of time, with special soy sauce-based sauce applied over and over again, taking care not to damage the rice. When you put it in your mouth, you will be filled with the aroma of the sauce. Please enjoy the texture of the roasted rice as well.

Ochazuke is a popular dish at our restaurant, a staple to end a drinking party. Ochazuke, which can be eaten quickly and easily, is gentle on the stomach. In addition to the two standard types of ochazuke, ume plum and salmon, we also offer a slightly unusual flavor called nori tsukudani and tenkasu.

Choose ume (plum) for a refreshing taste, salmon for a slightly richer flavor, or "nori tsukudani and tenkasu" for a change of pace. The chazuke is served at 539 yen (tax included).
