We will start with the shochu and sake menu. It is no exaggeration to say that only when you can appreciate the taste of these Japanese alcoholic beverages can you appreciate the taste of sake.

Shochu is available in sweet potato, barley, rice, brown sugar, and awamori. The lineup includes the standard "Kurokirishima" and "Umi," the fruity and elegant "Hakudake Shiro," which is easy to drink, and "Kami no Kawa," which is made by maturing in white oak barrels for a long time and is popular among women.

Sake is available in both Honjozo, Junmai and Daiginjo. We recommend the easy-to-drink "Gokujo Yoshinogawa" for sake beginners.
