Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

In fact, it is said to be a nutritional food due to the good balance of amino acids contained in eggs and rice. We have made this dish even more satisfying by topping such egg-kake-gohan with yakitori tsukune. Please enjoy this dish to finish off your meal.
