Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" that includes dishes using seasonal ingredients. Today, we would like to introduce some of the dishes from our "Seasonal Menu. The first dish we would like to introduce is "Hamo Katsu (Japanese conger eel cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt.

The hamo (conger eel) is freshly cured in a crispy batter. The deep-fried hamo hamo gives the dish a fluffy texture. Please enjoy it with the accompanying grated ume plum paste or sansho salt.
