The first item on the menu is the "Special Beef Mishuji Steak". Beef tendon is a rare part of a cow, and only a few kilograms of it can be obtained from a single cow. It is juicy and tender with just the right amount of sinew.

The meat itself has a delicious flavor, which is enhanced by the sauce. How about serving it with beer? We hope you enjoy it.

The second item we would like to introduce is "Kushiyaki" (grilled skewers). Kushiyaki is a standard dish at Japanese-style pubs, and we also have a variety of kushiyaki available. This is the "Daisen Tori Chicken Trotter Grilled on a Large Skewer with Salt and Wasabi" and is the only skewer we offer that is served on a large skewer.
