This is the "Taste of the Season Course (Nabe)", an 8-course menu that includes everything from seasonal appetizers to after-dinner desserts. The course includes a series of dishes that are sure to be enjoyed with alcoholic beverages, and for the main course, a "White Motsunabe" hot pot with a variety of ingredients. Udon noodles are available to finish the meal, but can be changed to Zosui (rice porridge) upon request at the time of reservation.
