Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

The flavor of the straw-roasted bonito is very good and enhances the deliciousness of the bonito. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake while appreciating its unique aroma and deep flavor.

Next, I would like to introduce a deep-fried dish with an addictive crispy texture.fried scallion and onionThe "karaage" is a dish that is served with a variety of fried asari (a kind of fish). The deep-fried asari filled with plump asari and the savory aroma of sweetened onions will whet your appetite. The flavor of the asari is concentrated in this recommended dish.
