Selected pork shoulder roast seared with oni oroshi ponzu sauce / 1,089 yen (tax included)

First, we would like to introduce "Seared Selected Pork Shoulder Loin with Oni Oroshi Ponzu" for those who want to enjoy a hearty yet refreshing meat. The flavor of carefully selected pork shoulder goes well with Oni Oroshi Ponzu (Japanese sauce with grated radish). The more you bite into it, the more you will enjoy the flavor.

Oyama chicken - grilled chicken tenderloin with wasabi on a large skewer / 605 yen (tax included)

The next item we will introduce is "Oyama Tori Chicken Toro Meat Grilled on a Large Skewer with Salt and Wasabi". This is a classic izakaya-style skewer dish, but this one is served on a large skewer and is very satisfying. The use of wasabi enhances the flavor of the Oyama chicken.
