First of all, we would like to introduce a classic menu item, dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Many people naturally gravitate toward dashimaki tamago when it is placed in front of them at the table for drinks. At our restaurant, we offer the above three types of dashimaki tamago. Please enjoy the fluffy texture and aroma of the dashi broth as you eat them.
