Fresh and plump water octopus from Hokkaido is in season. Thinly sliced, it is easy to eat and allows you to enjoy the true flavor of the octopus. Please enjoy it with a refreshing dip in ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice). It goes well with sake or shochu.<\/p>\n
