シークニンとは鹿児島県徳之島の小ミカンのこと。

もともと島の山野に自生していた果樹で「秘宝のミカン」と呼ばれており、ビタミンCやフラボノイドが豊富です。

酸味の強いのが特徴で、当店ではスカッシュで爽やかにお出ししています。

当店自慢の炙り料理やお肉との相性もバッチリです。
