怪味醤ってどんな味？

「豪快！楽蔵のフライドチキン」とここまでは普通ですが、フライドチキンをつけて食べるソースが「怪味醤」です。どんな味かご存知ですか。
この調味料は中国・四川省の調味料です。辛味・酸味・甘味・塩味に加え、辛味も香りも入っています。つまり、すでに知られている調味料の豆板醤や芝麻醤などたくさんの調味料の混合で、味が複雑で深いということです。
フライドチキンが、この調味料ひとつで「怪しい味」になるのでぜひお味見してください。

 

もんじゃ焼きがコロッケに？

見た目は普通のコロッケですが、その中味はなんともんじゃ焼き。食べたらびっくりします。思ってた味と違う。思ってたよりもやわらかい。他では味わえない楽蔵うたげ新横浜店だけの味わいをどうぞお楽しみに。

ラーメンの中で数本入れられているのをよく目にするメンマですが、楽蔵うたげ新横浜店では極太サイズのメンマを立派な一品としてご提供しています。一つ食べたら次々と食べたくなる「極太サクサクメンマ」。これもその太さに驚かれる一品です。
