Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama store.

当店においては炙り料理のレパートリーが充実しておりまして、多くのお客様から好評となっております。基本的に海鮮がメインですが、それだけではありません。肉の炙りも豊富にご用意しております。

極上！牛ミスジのステーキ！

最初にご紹介するのは、「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」です。こちらは、牛の中でも希少部位とされるミスジの部分を使用した牛肉料理でございまして、じっくり丁寧に焼き上げております。牛肉のやわらかい食感とジューシーな旨味をご堪能いただけますので、非常におすすめですね。また、味の決め手になるのは特製ソースです。おろし玉葱とリンゴを含むこだわりのソースであり、牛ミスジともよくマッチしますので、ぜひご賞味いただければ幸いです。

続いてご紹介するのは、「ソーセージ2種盛り合わせ」です。こちらは、2種類のソーセージがメインの逸品となっておりまして、双方ともにパリッとジューシーな出来栄えになっております。ほどよい歯ごたえで美味ですので、ぜひお召し上がりくださいませ。ケチャップとマスタードも添えておりますので、こちらはお好みでどうぞ！　焼き玉葱やフライドポテトと一緒にお楽しみください。
