Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Autumn is the season of appetite. The origin of this term may be that many delicious foods are available at this time of year, and everyone is in search of good food.

At our restaurant, we have prepared a variety of autumnal delicacies for everyone to enjoy. This time, we would like to introduce two of them that can be enjoyed as a small snack. Please be sure to order them when you visit our restaurant.

 

Speaking of the taste of autumn, mushrooms are the most popular!

This is "Seared hanpen and mushrooms baked in foil. Mushrooms, which become delicious in autumn, are wrapped and baked with hanpen. The mushrooms are cooked in a way that preserves the aroma of the mushrooms in season, which makes the table full of the wonderful aroma of mushrooms. The buttery soy sauce enhances the flavor of the mushrooms.

 

Sukiyaki is what's inside the fried kinchaku!

This is "Beef Sukiyaki Kinchi-Age". Ingredients used in Sukiyaki, such as beef, leek, and garland chrysanthemum, are wrapped in fried bean curd and deep-fried to a crispy and savory taste. It is as if you are eating the whole sukiyaki, and although people are surprised when they first try it, they eat it in droves. We hope you will enjoy this unusual and creative Japanese dish.
