Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.
We are now offering a limited time menu featuring ingredients that are in season during the fall. All of our dishes are made with the finest ingredients and bring out their natural flavors and aromas. Our chefs put a lot of time and effort into preparing these dishes, and their careful work is reflected in the dishes.
This time, we would like to introduce two of our recommended dishes. We hope you will enjoy them as a meal or as an accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.
This is "Sashimi of Nagasaki Sea Mackerel". This is sashimi of the fatty mackerel from off the coast of Nagasaki, which is in season at this time of year. Please enjoy the rich flavor of the mackerel that can only be tasted during this season.
This is "Spicy Kalbi Kuppa for the Finish". It is based on a rich broth of beef and vegetables, and finished with an easy-to-eat spiciness. The moderate spiciness stimulates the appetite and makes it a dish that can be eaten even with a full stomach. We recommend it not only as a meal, but also as a dish to end a night of drinking.
