Hot pot menu for the cold season|Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

The winter season has finally arrived. It is the season when your body and soul feel like freezing, but at times like this, you want to warm up your body by eating warm dishes.

In addition to our regular menu, we also offer seasonal menus, and this time of year we are offering nabe dishes that are perfect for the cold season. We are proud of the attention to detail we put into each dish, from the ingredients to the preparation method, so please enjoy these nabe dishes when you come to our restaurant!

 

The flavor of the ingredients is soaked up.

This is the "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup with yose). This pot is made with a variety of ingredients, which soak up the flavor of the ingredients and add color to the taste. Light yet rich, you will feel like you can eat as much as you want of this Hakodate-style hot pot. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake or shochu.

 

Juicy seared duck quickly dipped in broth.

This is the Seared Duck Seri Nabe. The duck meat is slightly seared, which not only makes it more aromatic but also gives it a deeper flavor. The crispy crunch of the Japanese parsley also adds a delightful texture to this nature-inspired nabe. It is a wonderful time to gather around the hot pot and enjoy the atmosphere with others.

Our restaurant is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
