Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

The theme of our restaurant is "Searing x Meat x Fish," and we offer many dishes that highlight the flavor of the ingredients using the searing technique that our chefs are pursuing. This is "Kuroyaki Domestic Oyadori (Blackened Domestic Chicken). Kuroyaki, in which the ingredients are steamed and grilled black, not only passes heat well and locks in the flavor of the ingredients, but also accentuates the unique aroma of the seared meat, making it superbly satisfying. The carefully selected domestic chicken is juicy, and the original flavor of the meat can also be felt. It goes great with beer, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages, so please order it to accompany your alcoholic beverages.

This is "Respect! Herb Sausage Seared". This sausage was born in Germany, the home of beer, so it is a perfect match for beer!
