Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

This is "Strawberry White Chocolat Basque Cheesecake". White chocolate is added to Basque cheesecake, a sweet born in the Basque region, to achieve a bittersweet and milky flavor. It goes especially well with wine! The strawberry confiture under the cheesecake and the vanilla cream enhance the flavor.
This is Strawberry Mascarpone Ice Cream. The rich ice cream is made with Hokkaido mascarpone cheese and mixed with strawberry pulp to create a more spring-like flavor. The ice cream has been well received by many customers, especially women, as a sweet that is both rich and refreshing.
