Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

 

Our restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes made with meat and fish. Among our many dishes, our seared seafood menu is especially popular among sake and shochu drinkers.

Please order our signature dish, which is carefully and aromatically grilled to order, to accompany your alcoholic beverages. Fish that are in season this time of year are the perfect accompaniment to sake.

Kama," as it is known in grilled tuna, is the part of the tuna adjacent to the fatty part of the tuna. Therefore, it is characterized by its abundance of fat like marbling. We offer the freshest fish of the day as "Today's Kama-yaki" for 650 yen (excluding tax). Please enjoy the rich, fatty flavor of the fish. The menu may vary depending on availability and the time of year.

 

Enjoy the moderate elasticity of the squid, seared with sweet and spicy sauce.

Grilled squid dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce reminiscent of festival stalls. Because the squid is fresh, you can enjoy its tenderness and elasticity. Served with mayonnaise to taste. 690 yen (excluding tax).

In addition to the items introduced here, we also offer a variety of other seared seafood dishes, such as "Aburi-shime saba (mackerel) 850 yen (excluding tax)," in which the skin is grilled to a savory perfection.
