Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

 

We offer a wide variety of banquet courses, from reasonable to extravagant, to meet the various needs of our customers.

For a special occasion that is different from the usual drinking party, such as entertaining guests, we recommend the Kuzushi Kaiseki (Ippin) Course, in which you can enjoy dishes made with high-quality ingredients.

 

The main dish is a special beef steak.

The main dish of the "Kuzushi Kaiseki (Excellent) Course" is a specially selected beef steak. Enjoy the moist and tender steak that is full of flavor as you bite into it. In addition to the main dish, we also offer other sumptuous dishes such as sashimi and seafood tempura. The volume of the dishes is generous, so you will be full to the brim.

The detailed dishes of the entire course are as follows

Ankimo ponzu jus (vinegared anglerfish liver)

Cheese Tsukune with Oyama chicken cartilage, char-grilled chicken skin and wakame stem with sesame ponzu sauce, fluffy tofu and crab satsuma-age

Reservations for the "Kuzushi Kaiseki (Ippin) Course" can be made until 2:00 p.m. on the same day. Please feel free to use our restaurant when you need to make arrangements for a banquet at short notice.
