Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

There are only a few days left in August, but the lingering summer heat will continue to linger. If you eat only cold food because of the heat, you will easily suffer from summer fatigue.

Why not try "nabe cuisine" in such hot weather? One of the luxuries is to savor nabe in an air-conditioned seating area.

Today, we would like to introduce our banquet courses, which mainly feature nabe dishes.

Richly flavored, thick white miso soup! Beef Motsunabe (White) Course

This is a course in which you can enjoy "Beef Motsunabe" made with white miso paste. It consists of 9 dishes and includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. The price is 4,500 yen (tax included).

After the appetizers, salad, and oryogi, the main dish you have been waiting for, the beef hot pot, is served. The plump texture of the beef entrails is mixed with the rich white miso soup, doubling the deliciousness of the dish! The ramen noodles (can be changed to zosui (rice porridge) when making a reservation) to finish off the meal are also included in the menu, making it a very satisfying meal!

Eat while you sweat! Beef and Motsunabe (Taiwanese) Course

This course features the same main dish as the previous course, but in a "Taiwanese" style. This is a course in which you can enjoy a hot pot filled with spicy Taiwanese minced beef. The price is 4,500 yen (including tax) for 9 dishes and all-you-can-drink for 2 hours.

The spiciness of the minced meat makes this dish irresistible. Please enjoy this dish together with everyone while sweating!
