Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Winter is the season when various foods become more delicious. If you want to enjoy sake with a menu that incorporates seasonal ingredients and cooking methods, Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama is the place to go.
Our restaurant offers a seasonal menu featuring seasonal ingredients and cooking methods. These limited menus are only available now. We hope you will stop by and take advantage of them.

Delicious snack menu using seasonal ingredients


We have created a delicious snack using ingredients that are in season in winter. Crunchy gobo tempura is served with tangy chili salt.
We also made a special chicken nanban using juicy chicken thighs. The chicken is dipped in a sweet vinegar sauce made from carefully selected kelp and bonito stock and topped with a homemade tartar sauce. The tartar sauce is made with a large chopped boiled egg.

Delicious and limited hot pot in winter


We also offer delicious winter hot pots as part of our seasonal menu. We offer two types of hot pots: Yose-konabe, a thick Hakodate hot pot with a light yet rich broth, and Seri-nabe, which features plenty of vegetables such as Japanese parsley and bean sprouts, as well as seared duck.
Seri nabe can also be ordered with duck or additional vegetables. Both hot pots can be ordered with a zosui (rice porridge) set, ramen noodles, or udon noodles to finish the meal.

Our restaurant is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
