「唐揚げ」ではなく「竜田揚げ」

こちらは「若鶏の竜田揚げ 」。竜田揚げとは、醤油で下味をつけた肉や魚に片栗粉をつけて揚げる料理で、揚げているときに衣や肉が油に浮かんでいる様子が、奈良県の竜田川の白い波に浮かぶ紅葉のようであるとして、この名前がついたそうです。唐揚げと混同される方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、「竜田揚げ」は衣がつけて揚げるのが特徴です。

長芋の唐揚げは食感が抜群！

こちらは「ホクホク長芋の唐揚げ 」。長芋のシャキシャキとした食感がたまらない、お酒のあてとしてぴったりの一品です。お好みでレモンをしぼって召しあがっていただければ、味の変化も楽しめますよ。軽くつまめて、ビールもさらに進みそうです。
