In addition to "Today's Sashimi," which the chef recommends depending on the day's stock, the restaurant offers "Seared Salmon Sashimi with Grated Oba Leaves," which has a touch of aburi, and "Special Sashimi Assortment," which gives a luxurious impression. The assortment is available in two types, three- and five-piece, so please choose the one that best suits your occasion.
