It's the season for delicious hot pot! Check out our course menu!

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

The temperature has dropped completely and it is now the season when warm food tastes good. Many of you may be craving hot pot dishes soon. At our restaurant, you can enjoy delicious hot pot dishes not only as individual dishes, but also as a course meal. In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our delicious hot pot menus recommended for this season.

 

There are two types of delicious motsu nabe!

Speaking of hot pots that can be ordered separately, we recommend "motsunabe". We offer two types of hot pots: the standard Hakata-style "White Motsunabe" and the spicier and juicier "Taiwanese Motsunabe". These hot pots can be ordered separately from a minimum order of two people.

The vegetables catch the superb flavor from the fresh, odorless meat and make for an exceptionally tasty nabe. To finish off the nabe, we offer rice, ramen and udon noodles for zosui (rice porridge). Please enjoy every drop of the delicious soup.

 

Hot pots are also available in the course

The contents of our course meals change with the seasons. Currently, the menu is limited to the winter season, and hot pots are now available as part of the course menu. There are four types of hot pots that can be enjoyed in the course: Yose-nabe with young chicken and soft-bone Tsukune, thick miso butter hot pot with specially selected pork, Seri Nabe with seared duck, and sukiyaki with Japanese beef.

Each has a different flavor, so please choose the one you prefer. Please warm your body and soul with our delicious hot pot. We hope you will order it.

 

Our restaurant is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
