Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Eel is a typical summer stamina food. We have prepared broiled eel as an easy-to-eat, bite-size skewer menu. Enjoy the meaty, fatty eel and bring energy into your body.

This is a summer-only snack made with medallions, which are characterized by their delicate flavor. The flavor of kelp has been infused to add depth and richness to the taste. Enjoy it with the refreshing acidity of lemon.

Hamo is famous for its boiled hamo (conger eel), but at our restaurant, we serve katsu (cutlets) made from freshly cured hamo. You will enjoy the difference in texture between the crispy outside and the fluffy inside. Please enjoy it with grated ume plum paste or sansho salt to your liking.

 

Our restaurant also recommends steaks made from red meat of Japanese black beef. How about it for a summer evening?
