Hamo is famous for its boiled hamo (conger eel), but at our restaurant, we serve katsu (cutlets) made from freshly cured hamo. You will enjoy the difference in texture between the crispy outside and the fluffy inside. Please enjoy it with grated ume plum paste or sansho salt to your liking.
Our restaurant also recommends steaks made from red meat of Japanese black beef. How about it for a summer evening?
