ブランド地鶏を使用した鶏の串焼き

鳥取県のブランド地鶏である、大山どりを使用した鶏の串焼き各種をご用意しました。ももやかわ、ねぎ間、軟骨入りつくねなどのスタンダードなメニューから、ささみやレバーなどのさまざまな部位をご提供しております。

 

お好みのものをご注文いただけるのはもちろん、盛り合わせもご用意しております。テーブルでいろいろな部位の鶏の串焼きを楽しみたいときには、盛り合わせもぜひご利用ください。

 

職人によって火入れをするさまざまな炙りの料理

当店では、いろいろな種類のお肉を使用した、炙りメニューをご用意しております。大山どりの一羽から限られた数しか取れない希少部位である鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き山葵添えや、さわやかなハーブの香りがたまらない粗挽きバジルソーセージの炙り、さっぱりおろしとポン酢で楽しめる厳選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢、同じく一頭から限られた数しかとれない希少部位である、牛ミスジのステーキおろし玉葱とリンゴのソースもご用意しました。

 

牛中落カルビ大串・豚肩ロース大串・鶏トロ大串をワンプレートで豪快に盛り付けた、楽蔵の3種大串肉盛りもご提供しております。
