Chicken skewers made with brand-name local chicken

We offer a variety of chicken skewers made from Daisen chicken, a brand-name local chicken of Tottori Prefecture. We offer standard items such as momo, kawa, negima, and tsukune with cartilage, as well as a variety of parts such as white meat and liver.

You can order your favorite one, or we also offer an assortment. If you want to enjoy various parts of chicken skewers at your table, please use the assortment as well.

Various seared dishes that are fire-roasted by artisans

Our restaurant offers a seared menu featuring a variety of meats. We also offer a rare part of the chicken, the chicken toro meat, which is a rare part that only a limited number of Daisen-dori can be obtained from one bird, with wasabi on a large skewer, seared coarsely ground basil sausage with a fresh herb aroma that is irresistible, seared pork shoulder roast with grated onion and ponzu sauce, which can be enjoyed with refreshing grated radish and ponzu sauce, and also rare part that only a limited number of animals can be obtained from one head, the beef meat steak with grated onion and apple sauce. We have also prepared a rare part of beef meat steak with grated onion and apple sauce.

Rakuzo's large beef ribs, pork shoulder, and chicken tenderloin skewers are generously arranged on a single plate.3We also offer a large variety of meat skewers.
