落ち着いた雰囲気の完全個室空間で、さまざまなお料理やお酒を楽しめる「楽蔵うたげ新横浜」。当店では、職人の手掛けるさまざまな炙り料理をご用意しております。絶妙な火入れで仕上げる、ボリュームたっぷりの炙りをぜひご賞味ください。

 

本日は当店でご提供している自慢の炙り料理の数々をご紹介します。いずれも自信作です。ぜお試しください。

 

おいしい鶏肉を使用した串焼き

ワンハンドで食べられる王道のおつまみといえば串焼きです。当店では、さまざまな部位を使用したバラエティ豊かな鶏の串焼きをご用意しております。

 

スタンダードなもも、ねぎ間、皮、レバーのほか、軟骨入りのつくね串や、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用したささみ串もそろえました。お好みの部位を1本からご注文いただけます。

 

また、いろいろな部位を食べたいときや、シェアしたいときにぴったりの串焼きの盛り合わせもございます。

 

いろいろなお肉の炙りもそろえました

ボリュームのあるものを食べたいときにもおすすめの、お肉の炙りを各種ご用意しました。大山どりの希少部位である、鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き山葵添えや、さわやかなハーブの香りが楽しめる粗挽きバジルソーセージの炙り、ポン酢でさっぱりしながらも、食べごたえ抜群の厳選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢、希少部位である特選牛ミスジのステーキおろし玉葱とリンゴのソースをそろえております。

 

豪快にワンプレートに炙りを盛り付けた、楽蔵の3種大串肉盛り（牛中落カルビ大串・豚肩ロース大串・鶏トロ大串）もございます。
