Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

When you want an easy snack to enjoy with beer or other alcoholic beverages, "cheese tempura" is a good choice. The taste and aroma of the rich cheese that appears from the crispy batter will surely stimulate your appetite. Please enjoy your beer while savoring this crispy and tasty dish.
