Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

It is now the second week of December, how is everyone doing? I am sure that many of you will have more opportunities to eat out toward the end of the year. This is "Cheese Tempura" with cheese overflowing from the crispy batter. The rich cheese and the texture of the batter are a perfect match, and many people are sure to enjoy both the food and the drink. How about accompanying beer? We hope you enjoy it.

Deep-fried spring rolls with spicy lotus root / 649 yen (tax included)

Next up is the Spicy Lentil Deep Fried Spring Rolls. The skin is filled with spicy lotus root with a zesty aroma! The crispy texture of the skin and the crunchy texture of the spicy lotus root go well together and will surely keep your chopsticks going. Please enjoy this dish as an accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.

Tataki cucumber with ume plum paste / 715 yen (tax included)

While enjoying various dishes, you may want a refreshing dish in between. In such cases, we recommend "Tataki cucumber with ume plum paste". The fresh cucumber goes well with the sourness of the ume plum. We hope you enjoy it.
