Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

Do you like to taste the season in each season? Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" with seasonal ingredients and dishes that reflect the season. As the cold weather deepens, please enjoy our winter menu at our restaurant.

First of all, I would like to introduce you to the "Milt", which you can enjoy.Deep-fried Milt and Shirako TofuIt is a "good" drink. The rich and elegant flavor is the perfect dish for an adult drinking party! Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth creamy texture and rich flavor. This menu item is recommended as an accompaniment for shipporin (a relaxing drink).

What follows is a one-pot dish. Many of you must be tempted to enjoy nabe dishes in the cold winter. Here is a dish perfect for winter, "Yose-konabe with thick Hakyu", which is light but has a deep richness. The dish is packed with a variety of ingredients, allowing you to savor the flavor of the chicken. Please spend a pleasant time over a warm nabe dish.
