春といえば…桜の季節です!

『桜海老のお刺身』 734円(税込)

桜繋がりという事で、桜海老を溢れんばかりに盛り付けました!桜海老の旬は、3月下旬~6月上旬で、非常に甘さと香りが際立ちます。色鮮やかで風味の豊かな桜海老を思う存分ご堪能くださいね。

 

名前の由来が気になる“よだれ鶏”

『よだれ鶏 ~春野菜のナムル添え~』 626円(税込)

“よだれ鶏”とは、鶏の種類ではなくメニュー名であり、四川省でよく食べられている中華料理の事を指します。茹でた鶏肉を冷やしてカットしたものに、香辛料や薬味で作ったピリッと辛いソースをかけた冷菜です。

由来は、名前の通り、“よだれが出るほど美味しいから”との事。当店では、春野菜を添えたメニューとして提供しておりますので、その由来を確かめてみてくださいね!
