冬のおススメ料理 | 楽蔵うたげ新横浜

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama store.

本格的な冬の入り口となる12月、楽造うたげでは冬の味覚をご用意して皆様をお待ちしております。

 

冬はやっぱり鍋!

まずご紹介するのは、【炙り鴨の草鍋】。ジューシーな合鴨が美味。根の付いたセリ、豆苗などの野菜がどっさり盛られたヘルシーなお鍋です。クセになります。

2つ目にご紹介するのは、韓国で人気のタッカンマリ風のお鍋【トッポッキとジャガイモの鶏鍋】。鶏・豚・牛の白湯仕立てのお鍋です。

鶏の旨味がほくほくのジャガイモに染み込んで美味。韓国のお餅トッポッキも、もちもちの食感でおいしいですよ。

鍋の〆には雑炊セットやラーメン、うどんをご用意しています。

 

冬におススメの一品料理

ふわふわ出汁巻玉子を冬限定にアレンジ。卵白入りのあんかけで淡雪仕立てにした【淡雪仕立ての出汁巻玉子】。

濃厚クリーミーな鱈の白子を天ぷらにし、旨味を閉じ込めた【たら白子の天麩羅】。

しっかりした赤身らしい旨味がありつつサッパリとお召し上がりいただける【国産A4和牛 赤身肉のステーキ】が冬のおススメ料理。

お酒は、ウッディさと甘いバニラ香、チョコレートを思わせるスイートな香りが調和。蜂蜜のようななめらかな口当たり、軽快なボディと爽やかでメロウな味わい、すっきりとした後味が特徴の【ニッカ カフェグレーンハイボール】がおススメです。
