最初にご紹介するのは、「薬味まみれの冷奴」です。こちらは、冷たい豆腐に盛りだくさんの薬味をのせたインパクトのあるメニューとなっております。上質な豆腐のやわらかい食感と、薬味のシャキッシャキッという食感をダブルでご堪能ください。とてもヘルシーな逸品ということもあって、女性からも大変好評となっております。ぜひ一度ご注文いただければ幸いです。

 

アボカドとひじきのコンビネーション！

こちらの「アボカドのカルパッチョ　ひじきチーズドレッシング」は、アボカドの上にたっぷりのひじきをのせたメニューです。チーズドレッシングを含め、それぞれの素材の意外な相性の良さをお楽しみください。

楽蔵にはこの他にも、数多くの個性的なメニューがそろっています。とはいえ奇をてらったということではなく、いずれも料理の基本を抑えた上でアクセントを加え、オリジナリティーを追求したものばかりです。
