こちらは魚の”あら”を豪快に入れ込んだ、みそ汁です。

魚のあらというのは、普段ご家庭で料理をする際には、使わずに捨ててしまいがちです。しかし、実は捨てるには惜しいほどの旨味と栄養素を含んでいるのです。

熟練の当店調理スタッフはそんなあらの特徴を生かし、みそ汁にして皆様にご提供しております。

あらから染み出したエキスの旨味がみそ汁にマッチして、驚くほどのおいしさとなっております。お酒を飲んだ後に最適な一品です。

本日のカマ焼き

魚の身の中で一番脂ののっている部分。それが”かま”なんです。それをこんがりと焼き上げれば、至高の一品となります。

旨味が凝縮されている身は、日本酒や焼酎と共にお召し上がりいただくことで、さらにお楽しみいただけます。
