How about a fish dish that focuses on seared fish?

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Shin-Yokohama store.

With spring in full swing, there are probably more opportunities for drinking and eating out.

ホッケの一夜干し

The "hokke no ichiboshi" (dried hokke), whose flavor is further refined by our special "seburi" method, is a popular menu item at our restaurant.
The juicy fat between the crispy skin and plump flesh makes this a superb dish that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the hokke itself in every bite.

Please enjoy it with grated daikon.
The moderate saltiness of the hokke and the spiciness and sweetness of the daikon radish will balance and relax in your mouth.

 

It is also a perfect snack to start with!

炙り〆鯖

This "Aburi-shibari saba" is our signature seared dish, where the surface is carefully seared to a crisp to bring out the perfect savory and moist flavor.
The wasabi soy sauce gives just the right amount of flavor and enhances the mildness of the mackerel.
Sprinkled with lemon, it is also refreshing!
It goes well with thinly sliced daikon radish, so you can enjoy a different texture when served together.

It is also a perfect "toppings" for alcoholic beverages, so please enjoy it with your favorite alcoholic beverages.

 

Our restaurant is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
