Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

アボカドは、近年では美容にいい食材として、非常に注目されている食材の一つです。その理由は、アボカドに含まれる豊富な栄養価。お肌にいい栄養素などが豊富なのだそうです。

和の創作アボカドメニュー、天ぷらです！

こちらは「アボカドの生ハム巻き天ぷら」。アボカドを天ぷらにするという、大胆な発想から生まれた和の創作メニューです。さくさくとした食感の中にあるアボカドの柔らかな味わいはまさにベストマッチ！意外に思えるかもしれない組み合わせが、すてきなハーモニーを生み出してくれています。

 

アボカドの果実をイメージしました

こちらは「アボカドのカルパッチョ　ひじきチーズドレッシング」。アボカドの味わいをシンプルに生かしたメニューで、チーズドレッシングとひじきが、アボカドの持つ味わいをしっかりと引き立ててくれています。このひじきは、アボカドの種をイメージして盛り付けられたもの。味だけでなく、見た目の面でも特徴的な一品は、宴席や食事の場を盛り上げてくれるこでしょう。
