Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.

当店ではただいま、秋に旬を迎える食材を用いた、期間限定のメニューをご提供しております。いずれも食材にこだわり、食材が持つ本来の味・香りなどをしっかりと生かした、こだわりの品ばかり。料理人が手間をかけて作ったお料理には、その丁寧な仕事ぶりが反映されています。

今回はその中から、おすすめの2品をご紹介いたします。お食事として、あるいはお酒のあてとして、ぜひご賞味くださいませ。

 

旬の真さばの味は格別！

こちらは「長崎沖 真さばのお刺身」です。この時期に旬を迎える、脂の乗った長崎沖の真さばをお刺身にしました。この時期だからこそ味わえる、真さばの濃厚な旨みを、ぜひご堪能くださいませ。

 

締めに「クッパ」はいかがですか？

こちらは「〆のピリ辛カルビクッパ」です。牛肉と野菜の濃厚な出汁をベースにして、食べやすい辛さで仕上げました。ほどよい辛さが食欲を刺激して、おなかいっぱいでも食べられそうな一品です。お食事としてはもちろんのこと、飲んだ後の締めの一品としても、おすすめですよ。

Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
