Mackerel is in season now. Fresh chub mackerel caught off the coast of Nagasaki is served as a hearty sashimi. Mackerel with plenty of fat goes great with sake or shochu. Please order with sake for 1,090 yen (excluding tax).
The crispy and savory fried bean curd is filled with sukiyaki ingredients such as beef, leek, and garland chrysanthemum. Dip it into the rich egg mixture as you would when eating sukiyaki before serving. We recommend eating it in large bites. 690 yen (excluding tax).
Plenty of mushrooms and savory seared hanpen are wrapped in foil and baked to prevent the aroma from escaping. When you open the foil, the aroma of the mushrooms spreads out. This dish is served at 690 yen (excluding tax).
