Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Shin-Yokohama branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room.
Rakura offers a wide variety of dishes, but one of our specialties is a menu that uses the "aburi" technique. Our chefs are particular about the degree and length of grilling, the distance from the fire, and other details.

This assortment of our standard skewers (momo, negima, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver) is sure to please everyone. Please enjoy this gem, which is cooked through to the inside and has a locked-in umami flavor. You can choose from salt or sauce.
If you are ordering a single item, we especially recommend the "Oyama Dori Negima Skewer". The flavor of Daisen Dori, a brand-name chicken, is matched with leek. Squeeze some lemon juice on the skewers for a different flavor.
